There's all kinda of creepy-crawlies in the Undercity that would love to find a helpless Squib lying about--free lunch, woo!

But as pissed and hurt as Esli is, he was still her friend at one point, and she's not fond of killing people.  Not that Jayce is, either.  He was mostly joking.  Mostly.

(EDIT: For anyone wondering what she means by 'nest-traitor', she and Talo grew up in the same orphanage, and were inseparable for a long time.  Then some shit happened and a rift formed between them, but when she went to him years later to reconcile, he was already a pretty bad tech addict, and not the old amigo she knew before.  Regardless of their friendship's strain, she still viewed him as part of her "crew".  So for him to not only swindle her, but also hold a blaster to her, is absolutely an utter betrayal.)
